228 Productions [two-twenty-eight-productions] is the creation and ongoing project of Jesse Crater. His goal is to maintain a steady scene of live, local music in Phoenixville and the Greater Philadelphia Area.
“228″ began as a party house; though once the novelty of live bands in the living room wore out with the neighbors, it was time to outsource the shows. Since then, 228 Productions has partnered with local venues past and present, such as Phoenixville Moose Lodge, Lighthouse Lounge, Steel City Coffeehouse, Chaplin’s Music Cafe, Bistro On Bridge, Frank’s Sports Bar & Grill, and The Pickering Creek Inn, as well as created hotspots like PJ Ryan’s Underground and Up Top @ Molly Maguires Pub.
The list continues to grow as 228 promises to bring you more “new friends and old favorites” in the true house-party tradition. Thanks for supporting the scene!
